User Guide – Miscellaneous Costs Registration

The Miscellaneous Costs module allows you to record and track all farm expenses that are not directly linked to the pastures, supplies, or salaries modules, but still affect overall profitability. These costs are automatically loaded into the Income Statement, organized under their corresponding cost center.

Accessing the Module

• Path: Management & Protocol > Salaries Registration
• This screen lists all cost records, classified by Month and Year, with the associated expense categories.

Recording Costs

Clicking the + New button opens the Register Costs window, where values are assigned to each category:

Each field corresponds to a monetary amount ($), which is automatically saved in the system and linked to its cost center in the Income Statement.

Registered Costs Table

The main view displays records organized by period, with amounts loaded in each category. Example of columns:

• ME = Milking equipment maintenance
• EL = Electricity (milking + tank)
• TM = Tractor maintenance
• Taxes, Insurance, Fuel, Infrastructure, etc.

This allows you to identify which areas incur the most expenses and get an overall view of the farm's financial management.

Edit or Delete

• Allows editing the values of a specific record.
• Deletes the selected record from the system.

Relation to Reports

• All values entered in this module are automatically integrated into the Income Statement, reflecting the farm's indirect expenses.
• Fixed and variable costs not directly linked to pastures, supplies, or salaries can be analyzed month by month.
